Are zoos good?

The human spirit is prone to quarrels to take control over another's life. This is shown without a doubt when we talk about the rights of animal captivity.

On the one hand, there are people that loathe zoos because they consider that these places are prisons for animal liberty and rights. Their reasoning stems from by claiming that they suffer psychological distress and physical pain for being confined to unnatural bared and small places.

On the other hand, others claim that the zoos exist to protect species on the brink of becoming extinct because of human behaviour. Man-made climate changes and wars, greed, human cruelty and hunting are factors that undermine animal species and bring them to extinction.

Although I am not a buff about zoos, I personally believe that zoos protect animal life. These facilities are replacing the government powerless ability to protect wildlife. The zoo also believe that they are morally obliged to intervene.

At the same time as the zoo protects animals, they are also educational places where children can learn. The people who are against animal captivity claim that the educational reasoning is a disguise to keep on the cruelty over animal imprisonment, and cover their activity with a "skin of a sheep".

In conclusion, we are watching a quarrelsome  and never-ending debate over animal rights, premised on our human feisty and unwary behaviour. In short, our claims should be more moderate, and see that the existence of well-cared zoos are attempts to protect our fragile planet.

Colours of life

In life, everything has a beginning and an end. So have the dreams. These temporary events that give colour to our lifes are very beautiful, and we long them when they ended. But, we must go on, and carry the pain. This pain will become experience if we still can continue to walk. The same experience that make us more rational, and make us grow old. And, we still hope that one day a new color will be painted in our hearts.

Ouvi dizer - Ornatos Violeta

Ora amarga! ora doce!

Triangle of wisdom

I am going to overcome the amazing logic that took me a while to accept.

There lots of programmers that are musician. This relationship between computer programming and music might sound strange but it has a reason. The love for the abstract concept might have a big importance in connecting different subjects. Also, we can add the mathematics to programming, for the same reason.

Connecting these three fields form a notorious triangle, that I love.

If your religion is worth killing for, please start by yourself

This is for those people or goverments who try to evangelize others. The word 'religion' refers to your poisoned and twisted belief (God, Ala, oil, money, etc). Unfortunately, the world is full of imposed false morality.

"Why I stopped watching porn"

This presentation shows the detriments of watching porn. We can see that pornographic films are something that affect social behaviour and the way we confront relationships. This is an insightful presentation that leads that, at long term, porn films can invade us with unreal and insensitive feelings. Basically, we can look like a construction worker that simply consider arousing raping, with dubious consent, women.
